About the series

This year’s season is exceptional for the PKF — Prague Philharmonia; it is our 30th anniversary season. Such a special occasion deserves a special program: festive, representative, full of works in which the PKF shines and which have a deeper meaning. Thus, the PKF — Prague Philharmonia presents a program to its audience which is perhaps even more personal than in previous years — and in which our subscribers get to know their orchestra even more closely. At the same time, the concept reflects the Year of Czech Music, which will feature not only compositions by well-known great masters, but also those unjustly neglected ones. Dvořák, Suk or Smetana will not be left out, but you will also hear Kaprálová, Pichl and Veit.
