No more concerts in October and November

Dear friends and visitors to our concerts,

due to partial lockdown in the Czech Republic which will continue at least until November 20th, we have to cancel several concerts.

Most concerts scheduled for November will be postponed, however, some have to be cancelled.

We are really sorry, but our November schedule changes as follows:

  • K - 2/11/2020 - postponed, no new date yet,
  • L4 - 3/11/2020 - postponed, no new date yet,
  • A2 - 14/11/2020 - cancelled,
  • L2 - 20/11/2020 - cancelled,
  • K - 23/11/2020 - postponed, no new date yet,
  • K3 - 30/11/2020 - postponed, no new date yet.

We will decide about concerts for children (29/11/2020) later during the month.

Dear fans and subscribers, your great support is a tremendous boost to us at a time when the entire living arts industry is going through difficult times. We will refund your tickets while hoping that the tough measures will soon produce the desired result so that we can welcome you to our November concerts.

How to get your ticket refunded

We will refund the admission fees for cancelled concerts within 30 days upon presentation of the necessary documents.

What do we need from you for the refund of purchased individual tickets?

  • Tickets bought by card online - we need a scan or photo of the ticket and the last four digits of the card you used for the payment.
  • Tickets purchased by wire transfer - please provide a bank statement which shows the transaction.
  • Tickets paid at the cash desk - we will refund your money in cash.
  • If you paid for tickets with a gift certificate, contact vstupenky@pkf.cz for a selection of new concerts.

If you purchased your ticket from a seller other than the PKF website or ticket office, then you must apply for a refund from the specific seller.

Tickets for cancelled concerts bought as part of packages

Based on your request, we will return your money within 30 days. The price of the refund will be calculated as a proportion of the total price of the package paid.

  • Did you pay cash at the cash register? We can return your money only in cash.
  • Did you pay by card? We need a scan or photo of the ticket.
  • Did you purchase the package online and pay by card? We need a scan or photo of the ticket and also the last four digits of a card you used for the payment.
  • Did you purchase the package online and pay in advance? We'll return the money to your account, we just need a bank statement which shows the transaction and a photo or scan of the ticket.

If you purchased your ticket from a seller other than the PKF website or ticket office, then you must apply for a refund from the specific seller.
